pleased to announce the filing on SEDAR of an independent preliminary economic
assessment ("PEA") technical report on its wholly owned La India Gold Project
located in the State of Sonora, Mexico. A copy of the technical report can also

completion of the PEA, and a summary of the key results, in its news release
dated October 21, 2010.
