International Barytex Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:IBX) is
pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial
Communications Inc. to handle its investor relations activities.

International Barytex Resources' profile in the financial community and enhance
the visibility of our project. We choose Renmark because its standards and
methodologies fit best with the message we wish to communicate to the investing

The company has agreed to a one year contract and in consideration of the
services provided, pay a monthly retainer of $7000 to Renmark Financial
Communications Inc. The agreement can be terminated by the company anytime after
6 months.

indirectly, in International Barytex Resources or its securities, or any right
or intent to acquire such an interest.
