LC Logan Copper Inc.

Lombardi Media Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:LC) announced today
that it has received shareholder approval for the previously announced
Consolidation proposal and going private transaction. Pursuant to the terms of
the Consolidation, the shareholders of the Corporation will receive $0.22 CDN
per share.


The Corporation intends to file articles of amendment giving effect to the
Consolidation on or about September 1, 2007. Subsequent to the completion of the
Consolidation, the Corporation will proceed to de-list its shares from the TSX
Venture Exchange and to cause the Corporation to cease to be a reporting issuer
under the securities laws of each province in which it is a reporting issuer.
