MGG Minaurum Gold Inc

Minaurum Gold Inc. ("Minaurum") (TSX VENTURE:MGG) is pleased to announce a
non-brokered private placement of up to $750,000 through the sale of units
priced at $0.10.


Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one share purchase
warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional
common share at a price of $0.15 for the first year and $0.20 for the second
year.


The proceeds of the private placement will be used by Minaurum for ongoing drill
permitting at the Vuelcos del Destino project in the Guerrero Gold Belt, ongoing
exploration programs as well as for working capital purposes.


The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Finder's fees
may be payable with respect to the private placement, in accordance with
Exchange policies.


Minaurum Gold is currently focused on its projects in the Guerrero Gold Belt,
