Inc. (ONE:TSX-V) (the "Company") today announced it has entered
into a Memorandum of Understanding with Hitachi Solutions Create,
Ltd. to commence feasibility study of the Japanese market.
Under the terms of the agreement, Hitachi Solutions Create, Ltd.
has agreed to undertake a market feasibility study in Japan with respect to 01 Communique's
Post-Quantum-Cryptography ("PQ-Crypto") and Post-Quantum Blockchain
("PQBC") technologies and their impact on the various markets in
Japan.
