"Company") is pleased to announce that, upon obtaining the
necessary building permit, has immediately begun construction of
its first drive-thru, which will be added to its SPoT Transit
location in Clarence, New York.
The addition of the drive-thru provides an added revenue stream for
this particular café, which is located in a high vehicular traffic
area, in the form of a new "quick serve" option for patrons on the
go.
Furthermore, SPoT is pleased to announce the appointment of its
new Vice-President of Franchise Operations, Mr. Mark R. Cornwell. Mr. Cornwell will be replacing
Ms. Megan Burns-Moran, who has
recently resigned from SPoT Coffee in order to pursue personal
business goals.
"We wish Ms. Burns-Moran all the best in her future endeavours,
and we look forward to the experience, energy and work ethic that
Mr. Cornwell brings to our organization," said Anton Ayoub, President of SPoT Coffee. "His past
accomplishments in franchise development and growth roles will

beyond."
Mr. Cornwell lead a full team of district managers, restaurant
managers and over 2,300 employees in Western New York during his time with
McDonald's, one of the largest quick-serve restaurant franchise
operations in the United States.
He was responsible for increasing site locations from 9 to 43 in
just 5 years, and managed 8 rebuilds and 4 relocations. Mr.
Cornwell also managed vendor relationships and was personally
responsible for purchase and sale agreements related to 35
acquisitions.
Finally, SPoT is proud to announce the opening of its new SPoT
Waterfront Village franchise location in Buffalo, New York. The new café opened on
schedule and is presently enjoying a productive and profitable
early operation phase. The Company will be providing regular
updates throughout the forthcoming quarters as new franchisees are
brought on board and new franchise locations are secured.
