Deal Marks First Client from Reseller
Agreement with SK+G Advertising

Logic, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a
reseller agreement with Las Vegas,
Nevada-based SK+G Advertising and that SK+G has delivered
Vegas.Ninja.com as the first client in the agreement.
Vegas.Ninja is using 3 Tier Logic's Platform3
technologies to rapidly generate website awareness and drive
significant social media engagement through consumer-to-consumer
content marketing, rewards, and data mining.
