Company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of
capital.
Effective at the opening Tuesday, May 5, 2009, the common shares of
Changyu Medtech Ltd. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and
the common shares of Hollingport Ventures Inc. will be delisted. The
Company is classified as a 'Health Science Technologies' company.

Agreement ("Agreement") dated April 1, 2009 between Puget Ventures Inc
(the "Company") and Commerce Capital Corp ("Commerce"), whereby the
Company will acquire 100% interests in the Werner Lake Mineral Belt
Properties (Properties") located in the Kenora Mining Division, Ontario,
which includes Commerce's interest in an option to acquire certain
mineral interests from I.J. Riives (the "Riives Option").
Commerce is entitled to a 2% net smelter return on all ores, minerals or
concentrates produced from the Werner Lake Belt Properties, excepting any
ores, minerals or concentrates produced from those mineral interests
underlying the Riives Option. Puget has a right to buy back 1% of such
net smelter return for the consideration of $2,000,000.
The Company will acquire interest in the complete Werner Lake Mineral
Belt package for an aggregate total sum of $1,000,000.
