BTW, when you do IR work (as per the exhibit) you need to disclose payment, especially being the big fish you claim you are.

Any one of us could have asked Tony these questions long ago. This includes you. From my discussions with another shareholder (I am aware of at least two who communicated with Tony by phone. I discussed the calls with one of them.), Tony did indeed answer phone calls, according to this person, but it seems he would string people along when he was asked questions. It wasn't apparent at the time that he was stringing people along, but it is now. It also became apparent when there were no follow-ups to Tony's Twitter/X announcements and PRs.

Interesting case. Tony signed a deal with this "growth consultant" to pay him $5,000/mo for "up to" 10 hours a week in consulting services. I am curious what, if anything, the consultant produced for APRU.

The contractor got famous a decade ago trading penny stocks in high school; now he's a consultant to at least 1 penny stock scamster.

I'm not defending Tony in the slightest way, but I suggest you verify what this poster has written to see if this is actually true or not. You don't know if he has actually contacted Tony himself. I mean, he lauds his track record, and suggests that we check it out, but when requested to produce it, he doesn't. I've already made up my mind about this individual.

Interesting. Several people on this board insisted for years that people could *ALWAYS* call Tony, that Tony would answer ANY questions on the phone.

At least, that was their explanation for why it was OK for Tony to file late, incomplete, and dishonest financials: "you don't need to read the financials for information; Tony will tell you everything you want to hear on the phone"

That’s what I mean by the "Art of Deception".  It's very easy to take the same display of product, put it up in one store, take pictures of it and post them for people to see then take the same display out of that place and do it again in another to make people think you have products in all large amount of establishments but really don't.  Stacks of cans,  running the canning line with large amounts of product.  You have no way of knowing if any of it is where he says it is because he's been doing it and people believe him.  I don't believe anything he said from the first time I started calling the stores and they told me the drinks weren't being sold there. Kona, Rocky Mountain High, they all are doing it and this company ain't no different.  He's running a copack operation and trying to make it look like it's bigger than it is and it ain't, legitimate, yes but that’s it.  If ya think you're going to make a return on investment here,  you got something wrong with your mind.  

I remember this bullsh!t. Can't even see what Tony's signing. He's shows a page with some words on it for half a second, twice, but no one can make out what it is. For all we know, it was a shopping list that his wife typed out.
