Agreed. This is the time to get things moving again. Recent news has me at least hopeful Tony has some big stuff on deck.

NITE is showing 6.3M+ of these. Tony needs to get his act together and fast if he wants to take advantage of this (assuming he even pays attention to the spread). Otherwise, there's always the possibility that the pps will drop down to .0016 and this support will get nibbled away in large chunks.

Combined total of 4.4M+ at .0017/.0016 on the bid while the ask is thin. We've seen this before and the bid evaporates without the ask so much as getting a look.

No, there was not that many on the ask. Looks like MM transaction just as those crazy red numbers that show up and sometimes less than the ask. MM's not interested in this going up. Several hits on the ask with aggressive buying will drive the PPS up quickly. It has happened many times in the past.

Yeah, I was wondering if there was really that many shares at .0017. Don't remember the ask being that big at close yesterday.

Spread was .0016x.0017 for that trade. I don't know what the size for each was, but someone actually slapped the ask for a change.

Tony has probably convinced Ross to give him just a bit longer but that will likely be futile.

This is not the first nor will it be the last OTC feud over control. When I first came here the OTC posted there was a CONTROL DISPUTE but longs ignored it.

Bill and Bob got what they wanted and left Tony holding the bag. Apparently that was after Tony paid to have the A shares cancelled.

A disclosure on OTC markets with more detailed information would be helpful. Agree with you there.

Looking at past ownership (before the 1/21/25 announcement) of Lena Brewing the total non APRU ownership was 97.84 percent. One could make the argument that the remaining 2.16 percent was owned by APRU. The following ownership was listed as the following:

37.63% - Ross Vehmeier, President
19.89% -Shirley Knox, Chairman
19.89% -Jeffrey Wideman, Director
8.60% -Kurt Ackerman, Director
6.45% -Frederick Mindermann, Director
5.38% -Bryan Gapinski, officer

The 1/21/25 PR stated that finalization of the acquisition was completed through an asset purchase of Lena Brewing. The transaction has several layers and each of the partners were paid in full. Making the assumption that Ross maintained his 37.63 percent ownership and APRU maintained 2.16 would mean that 60.21 ownership has been paid in full and has been transferred to new ownership. The question is who received this ownership transfer and in what amount did each receive and how was it paid? In addition, who maintains the controlling interest? Question that needs to be answered.

Tony killed it when he claimed early last year they owned Lena.

Tony can’t do squat with APRU until the A holders cooperate and cancel the shares they were supposed to years ago.

Millions? Like 1-2M/day??? This is peanuts compared to what this company is capable of doing; such low volume because either no one is interested or they are waiting for something of significance to happen before jumping in. I guess you weren't around, or paying attention, when it traded 20-40M/day.

very next day a video was posted and Tony said he was going to pick up a check and close on the deal.

The next month (Sept 2022) you posted that Tony told you the lawyers were playing ping pong and all was good.

You even said he told you it would be a 100% acquisition.

Jeff, you know just as much as anybody else on this forum, you're a trader, plain and simple. You know how this works, it's kind of funny that this ticker trades volume in the millions almost daily and it don't move. There is something that ain't right here internally. Ross sold the property but not the business, he sells the beer that he brews. Is Tony renting space and satisfied as a co-packer with Ross as a partner. The trucking company??? He bought the trucking company to transport what? So many variables and the company makes its investors no money. So you tell me, who's getting played?

I think the PR was Tony doing some CYA.......

If you read the update Ross is remaining in the ownership group for regulatory purposes and compliance.

There has been no public hearing on this matter which likely means they bought less than 5%.

But Tony will have the revenues on the books and likely never reveal what % APRU owns.

If it's less than 5% they're exempt from disclosing.

Ross better be careful with what is said and/or put in writing.

Since this is your idea, get his phone number, call him, and suggest this to him. I think it's a good idea to hear something from one of the other significant parties involved in this enterprise.

Let's urge Ross to come forward, in person and tell all the traders whats going on then. Since he's supposed to be a big part of what's going on here and there is no deliberate intent of deception, produce a video or preferably a live announcement fron himself of what is really going on.

2 year anniversary of the "closing" of the Lena deal results in another press release talking about the "finalization" of the Lena deal. Maybe in 2027 we'll see another press release promising the "completion" of the Lena deal. 2029 could bring the "Wrapping up" of the Lena deal.

Also, Apple Rush has a revoked registration in Illinois and that has to be resolved. Maybe Tony has a work-a-round for that, but corporate records can’t be sloppy like APRU’s is now.

The only exception could be a less than 5% position, but we’ve been told it was going to be a 100% acquisition.

The Lena announcement was made today. I suggest that records have not been updated as of yet. Give it a few days and see if it has been updated. By my math five partners have been paid off in cash and only Ross remains. Certainly, looks like ENZC has gained 60.21 percent ownership.

As far as confirming with the Village of Lena, I would NOT reach out to them. Tony should not have mentioned the owners being bought out. Ross is suppose to notify the state of a change of ownership. Maybe it will be reflected with the state in a day or two and then I would reach out to them. I would ask when the meeting is to approve the sale to APRU.
