Honestly at this point I am unsure if there is a third or not. We know CST at 17M and Quail brings it to 37M but he keeps mentioning a 70M company. I don't know if its related to this deal or if the 70M is Automated Water Solutions which is taking the ticker ZHUD. Both deals are happening simultaneuosly with all the same people involved, but we haven't got hard financials yet for ZHUD like we have this one, just the LOI set to close by Oct 31st just like this one.

In the last disclosure statement it says Prefrred A share get 200 votes per share. And there are 11m of those burgers. Thats what was exchanged in the change of control for the Fracking story.

Preferrd As own this shell compared to the 14m us great unwashed get to fight over.
