Department of Transportation Project
CRYSTAL SPRINGS,
FL--(Marketwired - April 15, 2014) - CES
Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX)
announces that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc.
(CES), has received a contract and has begun to provide demolition
services to remove all motorist aid call box concrete pads
district-wide for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT),
District II. District II comprises the counties of Alachua,
Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gilchrist, Hamilton,
Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee,

boxes. The work will be conducted on I-75 from the Georgia
line to the Marion County line; I-10 from the Madison and Jefferson
County line to the I-95 interchange in Duval County; and I-95 from
the Georgia line to the St. Johns/Flagler County line. All
demolition debris will be segregated for disposal to maximize the
recycling and reuse of the materials removed from the
site. CES will backfill and sod the areas after completion of
demolition activities.
Mr. Clyde A. Biston, Chief Executive Officer of CESX, commented,
"We are excited to begin work on this project, which continues
our relationship with FDOT, District II, as well as the FDOT
