You're welcome. In all instances over the last 15 years that I have posted SEC Admin. Proceedings for SEC Registered companies that are severely delinquent in filing Financials it is too late for those companies to remedy the delinquent Financials. The SEC Enforcement will move to have those companies' SEC Registrations revoked. Once a company's SEC Registration has been revoked that company becomes a private company and shareholders own privately owned stock that cannot trade publicly on any market or forum. Should any company want to become SEC Registered again that company would need to file a FORM 10 with a minimum of 2 years audited Financials. Unfortunately, once the SEC files an ADMIN Proceeding for severely delinquent Financials it is also too late for an SEC Registered company to voluntarily deregister from the SEC via a FORM 15 to become an Alternative reporting company to OTC Markets.

The time for any SEC Registered company to voluntarily deregister from the SEC to become an Alternative reporting company to OTC Markets is before the company becomes delinquent in their Financials filing obligations to the SEC. It really is too late and the SEC has a precedent of not forgiving any SEC Registered company that is severely delinquent in filing Financials.

Upgrading and reviving HeyPal might be the best bet for CLIS at this time. NFTs have been quiet lately. Social media app is something that people understand and not afraid to invest. Also, it can help marketing Nifter in the future.
By including more features and having desktop version as well, there is no reason for HeyPal not to become popular. Others are doing it and taking business away from big boys.

For example, if we want to watch video online, we are almost always forced to watch advertisement before beginning of the real content. How about placing ads on the side of the screen in the form of pop-up ads, so no one is wasting time and ads are constantly visible during the time video is being played.

A lot of talent is available after big high-tech layoffs and there is a potential to make it happen.

Hard to tell but it seems like they may have gone out of business or are about to. There's been just about no shares traded in the last 2 weeks and no announcements about anything going on. Was hoping they would turn this into something, it is a really interesting idea.

Here's the thing, besides CLIS (and this board) there is no talk of Nifter coming from Roc Nation itself.
CLIS knows how to spin hype, but cant execute. I am highly doubtful that they have any legitimate ties with Roc Nation or the Stan Lee estate. If they don't and are spining it that way, hopefully they get caught up in their own web this time.
