Golden Developing Solutions Announces Expansion Into CBD Extraction and Production

AUSTIN, TX -- January 23, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Golden Developing Solutions, Inc. (OTCMKTS: DVLP) ("DVLP" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in the Cannabis, Hemp, and CBD marketplace, is excited to announce that the Company is in the process of establishing a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to high-capacity CBD extraction and production. A strategically advantageous location has already been selected, but management is not ready to disclose the location at present, though it will be disclosed to shareholders and the market over the very near term.

The Company has already begun negotiations with a top-tier supplier of best-in-class extraction and production equipment to outfit the new facility.

Management states that the Company plans to market both 99% pure CBD distillate and full-spectrum CBD products and to target major wholesale manufacturers and dispensaries.

In addition, the Company is also announcing a significant expansion in its core team, with both C-suite and Board of Director positions expanding to include over 50 years in new aggregate experience in Real Estate, International Business, and Cannabis experience.
