The Corporation reported a sales record for its 1st Quarter ending March 31, 2014.

Further, Management believes the Corporation's 2nd quarter ending June 30, 2014, should be another reported record quarter based on sales of its commodity division in Mexico; sales through the month of May 2014 exceeds $14,000,000 US.
