ECOLOGIX Resource Group Appoints Dr. Philip Rudolph Du Toit as President of African Administration

Ecologix Resource Group (OTCBB: EXRG) announced today the
appointment of Dr. Philip Rudolph Du Toit as president of African
Administration, effective immediately. He will oversee Ecologix's
African operations and business development.
Dr. Philip Rudolph Du Toit is currently president and CEO of
Transnational Automotive Group, whose primary business is focused
on acquiring, developing and providing urban and rural mass transit
systems in leading sub-Saharan countries through partnerships
established with the central governments of the respective
sponsoring nations. Dr. Du Toit is currently chairman of LeBus, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Transnational Automotive Group, which
serves as the city bus service in the capital of Yaounde. He is
also the former chairman and CEO of LeCar Transportation
Corporation, a 100%-owned inter-city transportation operating
subsidiary of Transnational Automotive Group. Dr. Du Toit is also
CEO of his own legal practice, Philip Du Toit Attorneys, and head
of the Philip Du Toit Group.
Dr. Du Toit has recently worked on various high-level
international projects in the energy sector that had a combined
project value of over $600 million. His work included site
identification, financing, construction coordination, and a range
of legal work including structuring gas supply agreements. He has
also worked on a various projects in highway/road construction that
involved a high-level of negotiation with local governments,
securing of financing and a variety of legal duties. Dr. Du Toit
has also utilized his skills by working on diverse projects in
Africa relating to housing development, mining and exploration, and
oil concessions. Philip has also served on the board of directors
of many prominent companies in the natural resource and energy
fields.

Dr. Du Toit received a BA from Pretoria University and his PHD
