(OTC Pink: PNCH) announces today it has effected three Corporate
actions which will take effect at the open of business Monday
10/20/2014.
In conjunction with the Company's launch on Imagination TV, it
is changing its name to Imagination TV, Inc. The Company will also
change its trading symbol from PNCH to IMTV.
Lastly, the Company will restructure its current issued and
outstanding share structure with a 1-300 reverse split.
The name change of IC Places, Inc. (PNCH) to "Imagination TV,
Inc." will be announced 10/17/2014 on
our FINRA's Daily List.
The new symbol will be PNCHD. The D will be removed in
20 business days and the new symbol will be IMTV.

Content...
The network's first original show, UnCommon Denominator, hosted
by Steven Samblis and European pop star and former MTV VJ,
Tamee Harrison, has begun production
in Glendale, CA. The focus
is on interviewing the top moguls on the planet to find out what
trait they have that is key to their greatness—and how viewers can
apply that to their lives.
Episode one is currently being aired on Imagination TV (

author and founder of The Human Potential Project, Chris Majer.
