I still have a "Dual Listing" possibility in the back of my mind...

* A dual listing is the listing of any security on two or more exchanges.
* The main advantage of a dual listing is the access to additional capital and increased liquidity.
* Considering exchange rates and other complications, stock prices should remain the same on both exchanges.

Good question, I also have a friend who wants to know why the short interest hasn't been updated since early 2023. 

If there is no market maker companies here, who is hiding shares under asks?

Agree. You can feel it brewing! I'm in the same boat as you with finances. I would load up now if I could, but just have to be happy with what I have for now.

I think we have an erupting volcano coming here by summer...I'd like to buy another couple milly shares, but tight on cash now

Hey Glenn, It know, this wait has been tough! Seems like we are so close now... Venkat wouldn't pay for a new registered agent, get current in Nevada, and increase AS for nothing. No doubt he has a plan for LICH and it is in progress.

Our patience has been tried to the max...we have to get some action here this spring imo...the increase in shares must play out its hand

I'm not a guru by any means but here is my 2 cents...

LICH Annual was filed late, but it was filed (for fiscal year ending 09/30/2024)
Venkat still owes an Attorney letter for that annual to remove the yield sign. I assume we will see that any day now.

Q1, ending 12/31 2024, also due about now, so I think we will see that filing along with the attorney letter.

I believe the change in AS happened in Q2, period Jan 01 - March 31. I’m not sure if we see any SS changes on OTC until that Q is filed. That Q2 filing would have to include any new large percentage shareholders. But if Venkat didn't issue a large block of shares to someone then we wont know why he increased the AS's. But I’m hoping there is a filing coming that sheds more light on what's going on. Others on the board may have better insight.

Alright gurus of shells....now that the A/s has been raised... presumably so ownership can enter the shell to expand the float, to accommodate retail and insider ownership...what should I, we, be looking at in the next filing or reports? I assume new names in preferred share ownership...

But what are the tell tale signals we are really getting close? Anybody have any timetable here now? Ty for your insights...thunder...

Mohanjit Jolly (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mjolly/) is the primary investor at Iron Pillar, and now Vyome partner / board member. He just "Liked" this post. He is very strategic in his LinkedIn likes. It would be interesting if LICH was sold to a completely unrelated business.

Thanks! It just makes sense to me since Shila is founder of both companies (Vyome & Alyssum) and he and Venkat are very close. Although Venkat is the owner of the LICH shell on paper, I can see him allowing Shila to use the shell for Alyssum and keep preferred shares. A win-win for Venkat. Or perhaps Alyssum could also fall under Vyome holdings? In any case, Alyssum will no doubt be a blockbuster company one day - some heavy hitters involved! Yes, agree, .10 for sure at the first sniff of news.Dollars possible after a while. I got this whole thing worked out in my head, and I could be dreaming :) In any case, Venkat will need to update OTC soon with filings, so we should get more clues soon.

Just had a Aha moment. All speculation on my part, so take it with a grain of salt.

- Shiladitya Sengupta (aka "Shila") is the founder of Vyome. He and Venkat are partners.
- Shila is also the founder of Alyssum Therapeutics
- Alyssum Therapeutics raised 26M in Series A funding last month.
- They have some very promising cancer drugs!
- Series A funding is usually traded in exchange for company shares, or stock shares.
- Alyssum isn't public yet, right?
- Why did Venkat issue approximately 350M more shares of LICH last month out of the blue?
- Could Alyssum be the RM candidate for LICH?
- Sounds like the best explanation from my standpoint. Thoughts?

Yes, agree. Especially since they will be called "Vyome Holdings, Inc". That infers to me that they will have multiple subsidiaries.

I just thought of this possibility... could Vyome use LICH as a secondary listing? I.e. HIND as their primary Nasdaq listing and LICH on OTC. I don't know enough about it but it seems plausible.Thoughts?
