Medical Services Receives Regulatory Approval in Saudi Arabia

EDMONTON, Alberta, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medical
Services International Inc. (OTC:MSITF) is pleased to announce that
it has received regulatory permission to sell its VScan HIV test
kit in Saudi Arabia. Testing completed by regulatory agencies shows
that once again the VScan test kit exceeded 99% accuracy in terms
of sensitivity and specificity. The Company is currently
negotiating several large orders with distributors in the Middle
East. Market studies and information obtained from regulatory
agencies shows that the market in the Middle East will exceed
1,000,000 test kits per year. In regard to Europe, the VScan HIV
test kit is currently approved by regulatory agencies in Russia,
Ukraine, Balkans and India. The Company through its distributor has
applied for approval in the European Union (CE). Once approval in
the European Union is obtained, the Company will have extensive
coverage all over Europe, Asia and the Middle East. VScan test kits
are currently being shipped into 17 countries in the above noted
areas. With the anticipated CE approval that number will increase
significantly. Worldwide, the Company is currently shipping into 29
countries. Within the next year, the Company expects to increase
the number of countries it is shipping VScan test kits to greater
