The Company is developing its 100% owned flagship multi-million-ounce River Valley Palladium Project near Sudbury, ON, one of the largest undeveloped primary palladium projects in North America. The Company plans to complete an Advanced Preliminary Economic Assessment Study in Q3 of 2023. Mineral Resources Limited, a top 5 global lithium producer, has entered into an exploration agreement with New Age Metals in Manitoba to fund the Companys exploration activities. The Company currently has 11 projects and is one of the largest landowners in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite field and 3 Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum Projects in Northern Manitoba. Many of the projects are located in and around the Tanco Mine, one of Canada's only lithium producers. In Northern Manitoba New Age acquired 3 separate projects and is actively seeking a partner on the Projects. The Company is actively seeking an option/JV partner for its 100% owned road-accessible Genesis (Battery Metals) PGM -Cu-Ni in Alaska.
