ZURICH -- SGS S.A. (SGSN.VX) Monday said it has acquired RDFI Group, headquartered in Limas, France, for an undisclosed sum.

MAIN FACTS:

- Founded in 1992 and privately owned, RDFI Group operates 9 vehicle inspection test stations in France, 6 in the Lyon area and 3 in the Paris area.

- It employs 18 people and performs 40,000 safety inspections every year, generating revenues in excess of 2.4 million euros in 2012.
