Was expecting more news flow on this company when I bought in a few months ago. Hope good news is on the way.

Silver One Increases Financing to $9.5 Million

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 13, 2020) - Silver One Resources Inc. (TSXV: SVE) (OTCQX: SLVRF) (FSE: BRK1) ("Silver One") is pleased to announce due to an oversubscription that it has increased its previously announced private placement financing from 20,000,000 units ("Units") to 21,111,111 Units at a price of $0.45 per Unit for gross proceeds of $9.5 million (the "Offering").

Each Unit will continue to be comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.65 per share for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue.

All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period. The Company may pay a finder's fee may in cash and or share purchase warrants in accordance with the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Proceeds of the financing will be used for ongoing exploration and drilling activities at the Candelaria Silver Project, additional exploration activities to further define the high-grade silver-gold-copper vein systems at the Company's Cherokee Project and to explore for very high-grade targets at the recently acquired Phoenix Silver project. It will also be used for potential silver focused acquisitions and for working capital purposes.

Completion of the private placement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Silver One finalized the Candelaria purchase from Kinross today.
Kinross must have been focused on larger properties.
They have made some huge production decisions in West Africa and Russia.
Both Silver One and Kinross are very smart companies.
I think Silver One got the better of the Candelaria sale.

I bought a bunch more SLVRF this A.M in the .12's. ... This is like taking candy from a baby ... Just love the early Christmas Gift here ...

As the Economic Impact of the Crisis Grows ... Precious metals will reverse big time!!! Just look at what happened in 2008 ...

Sounds great!, good to know you are part of this board with other good folks. We all must keep in touch the management and give our feedback or critics so that Silver one becomes the best small cap out there and the shareowners value must go skyrocketing!!..

Silver one is our lowest priced Silver Mining stock - A lot of professionals really like this.

We were in PAAS years ago when it was lower - Check GPL and EXK for other lower priced silver stocks.

Having said that, we have most of our silver $$$$ right here at Silver One.

Silver in general is still lagging behind, but the time is up for silver to run past Gold and other PMs, and Silver One, SVBL, GPL, HL and CDE are some of the Silver stocks poised to rally, I like PAAS too!!.. But, this little puppy silver one is a Gem and lots of potential!!!, if anyone find more info, or contacted the management with questions, do post it here for everyone's benefit!!..
