I hit 10.000% gainers quite frequently back in the day when the OTC had volume. When you can turn $100 into to $10,000 on big boards come see me. Traders abandoned the OTC because the SEC over regulated it and deleted half the tickers from the market. Due to the new OTC regulations brokers also made it harder for people to buy and sell so its not surprising why volume dried up. Alot of shareholders got screwed and left. Its not "blaming" its a fact!

And yes I do hold some of this have for years. Perfect example of why the SEC should have left shit alone. Some nice RM's happen out of former shells.

I bought Amazon over a year ago when it was in the $90's - and it's now at $220 per share. Name the OTC stocks that you owned and had those kind of gains. And Amazon had liquidity, i.e. easy to get in and easy to get out. Same with Dell, TSLA, etc. they have VOLUME and name the big volume OTCs you prefer?

And somehow you want to blame the government? Wake up!!! You're living in an imaginary world.

The good news is that this one will move, not because the government approved it, but because it has something real. Quit picking "stories" and try picking substance, this one will be good for you if you have any shares.

Big boards are the biggest scams in the entire market even with your so called "rules". People lose millions daily. Bigger scams, bigger dilution, more reverse splits, bigger pump and dumps and massive shorting. Only reason the OTC got shackled is because the little guy was winning and the government wasn't getting a big enough piece of that pie..

I'm going to guess on this but the big dogs putting up $5 million would also like to see OTCQB. The reason? Because that requires greater transparency.

I called a SEC attorney that I've known for some time, I did not mention the symbol. He said a S-1 registration takes, on average, 2 months. of preparation. Then it goes to the SEC. The last S-1 took 3 months. Again just guessing, that would put us at the end of January on this one for Global.

And for the last 40 years, that I've been involved in startups. Anyone putting up $5 mil (Global) wants OTCQB as a minimum, anything less allows the company to hide from the lender that is happening.

If any one wants to put up $5 mil with NO transparency...call the company.

So when you see what you think is a promising company and you buy stock in it......do you marry that stock and never sell? Is that what you feel we should do in the OTC? Most LEGITIMATE companies on this market are selling stock because they need to grow their company. Even legitimate companies will dilute and end up doing a reverse split, or many reverse splits before they go to the big boards, IF they go to the big boards. Does that mean the company scammed you? Or, if you sold the company's stock because you see that they are diluting and so you sell your stock to others who see promise in the company, does that mean you are scamming them?

My very first trade in penny stocks was CMKX. I think I lost about $7k. I never contacted the SEC and complained. I never blamed the market or wanted to see the entire market go under because I made a lousy investment. I took responsibility for my own actions. I persisted in this market and made my money back many times over.

EXACTLY.......YOU GET IT. The OTC used to be a thriving, prosperous market. It is now a ghost town. All because the SEC wanted to protect people who are unable to recognize a skull/crossbones mean danger/risky investment. Heck....those people probably should'nt be driving, either LOL.

And how is that working out for you? Making any money in the OTC? Doubtful. OTC's last quarterlies tell us that the entire market is suffering for lack of volume. I used to make great money in this market. Over regulation killed it. Were there scams in the OTC? Absolutely. There were also legit opportunities/businesses. If one is a trader that is unable to recognize that a skull and crossbones along with the words "CAVEAT EMPTOR" is a risky investment, you never belonged in this particular market. Buy big board stocks or bonds. Don't ruin the market for the rest of us. The OTC is now dead and it hurts those legitimate businesses who want to trade publically without giving a percentage of their companies up to IPO.

You guys are okay with this volume? We should be having 1mil volume days at minimum. 15c2-11 has been horrible for the stock market. And if we're talking about scams, IG*X turned out to be a scam and was even pink current after the rule was introduced. This rule makes it harder for companies to merge and makes the process more expensive. Not a surprise that most companies aren't going public these days. And if you're relying on a Twitter personality to introduce you to stocks, you shouldn't be trading at all.

When a person with influence (number of followers) tells you to ignore the warning signs and has Tier One followers which he brought in before you - saying that this is the real deal - exactly how does the newbie figure that it's a scam?

I, for one, know how to dig into the filings to figure that out and I know that you have to dig deep to see if it's real or just smoke and mirrors. The newbie doesn't know how to do that because they've been told they are on the road to easy money. They've bought into your dream world. The SEC was formed to protect the weakest among us from scams. It's why we warn people to be careful about providing info the scammers on the phone trying to steal your information.

And you argue that there should be no protections...I think there should be protections and that we should keep scams away. Look at what happened when regulations were abandoned on Banks in the early 2000's, with the argument that it would unleash our entrepreneurial tendencies. The result was what happened in 2008 when the US Banking system nearly brought down the entire World banking system. You have road blocks to protect the vultures from killing everyone else.

When you have curbs, then the big dogs with their 10's of thousands of followers would have to learn how to find REAL investments and be real investors instead of scaming someone else. Your argument is that scammers should be free to scam and then blame their followers.

Do you think that we should remove the warning signs and ban vehicles? Because that is what the SEC did when they removed the buy button from over 3k tickers and put them on the expert market where only "sophisticated investors" can trade. Yes, there were plenty of scams on the OTC.......but there are also big board companies that are cooking the books. Remember Lehman Bros? I stand by my statement that the OTC was not supposed to be regulated like the big boards. Over regulation is never good. Stop playing a victim and take responsibility for your own trades.

Because the markets have rules, i.e. NYSE and Nasdaq - the OTC should be labeled as a rogue market? Maybe with warnings for anyone who tried to place a trade? I.e. "you are about to buy a myth?" I'm guessing you are against warning newbies with dreams of gains promoted by those with 1ks of followers that this might not be good?

It's why we have "regulated" markets, whether here or in Europe/Asia. I've had experience with foreign investors and they want NO PART with the OTC. they see it as a casino.

The same could be said for crypto currencies right now......do you want to regulate them to death as well? "Good riddance to those who can't make money without hurting someone else". Over regulation is never a good thing. Perhaps there are less victims.....but there are also no millionaires being created as well. The OTC was never supposed to be like the Nasdaq. Traders did not come here for long term investments. The OTC was the wild west of stock trading and most of us liked it that way. The only "victims" there were are those who could not grasp the simple concept that a skull and crossbones meant a risky trade. Those victims are people who cannot take responsibility for their own trades/investments. Right now the OTC is dead, and the reason for that is alot of the so called "victims" who went crying to the SEC every time they got burned.

The Penny markets existed as a way for those with followers, to buy in first, and then pump the stock to their followers. If you know what you're talking about, they you would know that those people have an A-list who will bring in buyers and a B-list and after that there will be a "run" and the original poster will be out. Followed by the A-list, followed by the B-list and a bunch of novices get stuck.

That's why you don't see runs anymore, they ran out of victims.

What we need is the current regulations to stay in place so that we don't create victims. That would require OTC Pink companies to have an actual business, with revenues - not just hype.

From your lips to God's ears. A new SEC Chairman is in the works soon. I would love to see the so- called "expert market" ended, and for the over 3k stocks on that market opened up to retail to trade. The more opportunities the better. Rollback the regulations that were implemented in 2019/2020 (amendments to 15c2-11) and we could see the OTC come back in a major way. Especially shell/reverse merger plays like this one. The new SEC chairman is big on crypto, so he is going to be against regulations on that, why not penny stocks as well?

OTC regulations might get lifted next year then we get a bull market

They announced on the 31st of July that they had completed the Audits and could now file the S1 for Quick Capital. On October 29th they announced that they had officially filed that S1 Registration.

Also on October 29th they announced, "We expect to submit a second S1 Registration Statement for Global Corporate Finance Inc in the coming days." I would hope that getting one done would have provided some experience to help them with getting the 2nd one completed in less than 90 days, but with the Holidays??? Who knows.

If it takes them roughly the same amount of time to complete the 2nd one then we should look for that towards the end of January.

They haven't said that the issue of upgrading to OTCQB is a required step prior to announcements but it could be. Usually (not always) those providing the funding want the greater transparency and accountability provided by an OTCQB listing.

Either way, we are hopefully close to hearing the items from their July 31st Press Release:
