Nope not fraud. This is a real ticker.
When I go to Yahoo or check even on Fidelity, I know exactly what you are talking about.
The share price should have told you something was not right.

Tilton sold this ticker to Wilton and Wilton did not come through. Now in other hands.

Looks like you made a mistake.
I often have to plug the name of the company into the search in order to find the right TIPS.

Is this a FRAUD ? I was trying to invest in TIP ETF, By mistake I bought TIPS. When I saw I had lost 2.5k in one day.
I tried to sell with price that was showing as higher than I bought but VOLUME per day is ZERO. For the last 10 DAYS the only VOLUME I SEE was MY ORDER!!! I had to sell as market price and lost much money! It was my mistake to by such a terrible investment . This shouldn't even exists.

I miss them too alstocks. Hope something starts to cook again.

Nice movement today. Up 25% on volume of 145K shares after the first hour of trading.

At least volume got up to 5100 today. Big whoop.

At least things are moving maybe. I was one of the people stuck in this for 3 years. Things did look promising, then came the rug pull. Life in the OTC.

Let's see if Marjorie Schaefer can get this thing going in the right direction. UP.

Wilton would loose all the value of the Shell if they play like any OTC crookery. I was absolutely amazed they hired MMGroup. Marjorie Schaefer seems to have a clean track record though I cannot find much about her. She's CEO of BCDS as well and is very vocal. Not my cup of tea what they are doing over there but things are moving. The value here is that the Co is owned by Wilton. Should bring value eventually. Some of the shareholders have been here since we were talking 12 acquisitions in the medical sector,,, sheeeeee like 3 years ago ahahah

Good that Wilton is involved and still has a 60% stake. This is their baby now and they have to make something work.
Cambridge and the other Company obviously may have had second thoughts or maybe Wilton had second thoughts about them~? Who knows.

At least there is LIFE here. Good sign. Glad I didn't sell for a loss. I think this play could still have awesome potential.

CEO Marjorie Schaefer has her work cut out for her. Not an easy job to say the least. Holding company still. I like that.

I thought James Tilton was well out of this thing when Wilton had it.
Wilton was going to get Cambridge Orthopedic and a vaccine maker to come into this ticker with even more companies lined up. Sounded too good to be true. Turned out it was.

Look, I think I remember seeing this statement from her a few months ago when she became CEO. This is old news.
I don't follow twitter so that nixes that.
Proof is in putting out an occasional PR stating what the heck is happening.
So far it looks bleak at best. Medical devices like what~? Band aides~?

No more OTCs for me. Caveat emptor.

Wilton is a complete mess. Apparently the whole holding company thing fell through with $TIPS.

Shares are hard to come by. True that. My block was up for about 4 hours at a limit sell price of $0.045.

Going to hang around and see what gives. Wilton did absolutely nothing with this ticker.
Hopeful something takes place here. Sure seems strange this is even in the pennies. If nothing

Looked at the chart, lots of hollow candles, accumulation/distribution seems to be in the works. Bollinger bands look pinched for a narrow trading range.

Was about to sell and did put some shares up on the block. Nobody bought so I cancelled the order after looking at the chart.

Wow! What's up with TIPS? Way up since last Thursday. Volume is still low by most standards but much, much higher than it has been for a long time. Hope this continues because I still have shares going back to 2021-22.

Wilton still owns a majority of the shell company per the last filing in October. Tilton is gone-his shares are gone off the quarterly. A complete failure on everybody's part. I imagine all the problems in Wilton's pension fund disaster screwed things up here. What a clusterf##k.

New CEO is Marjorie Shaefer and per the last filing they are pursuing something in the "heavy equipment industry". Still a good shell with no convertibles that I see so maybe something else could come in.

That was a weird spike... If it holds, anyone's guess.

Thanks Jimmie.....I have lost and made a good amount of dough playing the otc. I can't stand it when they play us for fools, but that's the way it is down here. Got to be careful and pick and choose the absolute best. Looks like the OTC is picking up. Unfortunately we can't count on the fools running this company. Hope to see you on some other plays bud. TIPS still has a great share structure...that is all they have, imo.

Hi Don, you are pretty highly regarded. You were not the sole reason I invested in $TIPS.
I really thought they would bring something special to this ticker. Wilton bought it and had plans for it, Did Cambridge and Emergex change their minds~? Wilton's silence is deafening.
I had also sent an email last year and never heard back from them.

No communication is either poor management or not a good sign period.
The least they can do is say everything is still a go.

I may sell my position for a loss as well. Too many other tickers getting ready to explode in this volatile market.

This is not the only ticker though. Many are just sitting as they did when companies bought the shells. $MTRT is an example of one. $TIPS is another example.

Not going to wait much longer. This is not anyone's fault. We all take our shots.

Waiting for NetList, solid investment IMO. $AMC is another I am waiting for.

Hey alstocks.....sorry brother. I can't stand that I may have caused some to come and invest/trade this frickin stock. I never thought they would go quiet like they did. I have sent emails to them also, and never got a response. I am sorry for you and for all of us here who believed we had something sweet here and then here nothing from these fellas. The sad thing is that after probably months and months of no update, they will give something and the share price will take off. Frick them.

Cannot blame you. I think everything went south with potential companies coming into this shell. Wilton staying silent as damage control.
