UDS will begin order processing on May 16, 2007, using 1-888-4-A-SALAD to deliver Salad Creations� offerings for its East Boca Raton, Florida location. Beginning May 16, 2007, the consumer will dial the National-One-Number for Salad Creations and will be connected with a professional UDS operator who is trained as a Salad Chef customer service representative, who will take their order. Upon confirmation of the order, it will be electronically transmitted to the store for preparation and delivery. UDS manages the entire process to insure that the customer experience is the best. With the success of the test, the companies plan to roll out the program nationally.
