UAV Corpoation (PK) (UMAV) Share Price

I worked for a firm and we had market makers on the floor.They wanted me primarily sell the stocks that they had in inventory.? We were shut down for doing stupid illegal stuff.So don't tell me there's nothing possibly going on.I appreciate the feedback from this board.There's some really up and up people here.Jobs well done I'll say.

At that time, NITE was thought to be the bigger seller (and was in Dec 24) but since then, the January total share volume traded went from 27M in Dec, to 200M in January. (With NITE and OTCN accounting for about 30M of that.)

February numbers will be even more telling regarding OTCN, imo. Good fortune to you, and us all.

This has got to be one of the best postings I've seen on ihub. I didn't know you could lool up market maker share counts, thank you so much.

Knowing otcn is almost exclusively dilution seller market maker, I'd say we aren't out of the woods yet but are getting much closer.

February Figures are not out yet, but I would guess that OTCN does almost double the shares as NITE in February, imo.

GTSM, CDEL, and ETRF should still be the top 3, imo, or close.

Remember this is the OTC.
If they can move up a level or two then they won't have to deal with this.

They may be angling the sale of the company.They did say there's a potential merger.

There is no conspiracy. The stock is going down because this company is a complete joke and will never deliver anything other than more BS news releases like they have done for the last 3 years.

Hope is not an investment strategy.

Price is determined on supply -vs- demand.Who would actually believe there is more sellers then buyers after a 420 million LOI in a verified press release.?? When they have a cap value of 5 million.Market makers could be naked short selling which is illegal.Something they could do in the black market.

Could the market makers be keeping the price down so people behind the scenes who are affiliated with the company can be buying up shares?

I never worked the floor in New York.Although I'll say this,there's some kind of corruption going on with the market makers.They could get 1 billion in L.O.I's and this stock price still  would not go up.Hold your shares everyone.This will stop just not sure when.?

i was pissed yesterday when i saw it going the wrong direction and the news was a positive one. i am still bullish though . watching closely . it passing $0.16 would be awesome

That's amazing. $420 million dollar news release the day after I had that dream. It's amazing because my birthday is 4-20. 42 this year. Amen! God bless. I have faith. The one thing that hurts is that it went down 10% the day this news was released, but it's probably because of Al the dilution and how much investors confidence that lost by doing so. Just give it time, and it will go way higher than .1699 

Correct me if am wrong . But this is the second time am seeing positive news and the stock is reacting opposite to the direction it should move. One of 2 option or both separate and apart from potential dilution which I don't think is the case becuase authorise shares as been reduced
1. Market makers are deliberately keeping it down for reasons unknown to us

2. They have been shorting umav heavily and short sellers are panicking so they keep shorting on news inorder to cover quickly and avoid short squeeze. Cuase everytime after news, Price moves south same or next day, then rebound the day after ...

Agree. I think that's why there were so many hits at .03 this morning. OTCN and NITE seem in a big hurry to sell into volume.

Maybe today's news will start to sink in, and others will start to build a position, especially seeing that the MACD is about to cross over, and if we can get above .03, then .036 area is next resistance, imo.

We're at 5,5M Market Cap. There's no reason why we can't start trading around 10M M/C in the near future, imo.

I've been watching DTC numbers closely. Good fortune.

So hear me out... when we were sitting at .002-.003 range for a long time with the slight dip to .001, we exploded up to .1699. About 50x off its lows. Then dilution and impatient sellers brought us down to .025 range. Let's see this same thing happen again with 50x these prices. That buys us well over a buck. I've got my suspicions that we move very hard from here! And fast!

Relax. Shareholders had questions and he answered them. A good move on his part because he answered alot of questions including the upcoming zfAa witnessed Tether Test needed to convert LOIs to contracts upon this.

CEO has to stop talking and execute. Get the airship launched. That should be the #1 priority right now.
Actions speak louder than words and until he gets this thing built and finished he doesn't have a pot to piss in.

CEO thinks stock can hit 1 dollar with the airship launch and be on Nasdaq in 1.5 years. He also stated they were approached to roll up into in an existing Nasdaq company. They currently have 14 employees and will have around 75 when they spool up to start work on first contract. The echo on the call was pretty terrible. Mike needs to learn how to mute in between questions.

The conference call is well worth listening to and if you listen carefully you will hear about near term/ long term contracts in play. This ship gonna fly!

Actually that was a 1.5 billion share reduction they did earlier from 2 billion down to 500 million. That's what I saw take place!

So I'm curious... are you suggesting that you think they're canceling an ADDITIONAL 300 million shares? I assumed they were talking about the most recent reduction from 800 to 500 million shares. Tia

$UMAV ~I'm looking forward to hearing about the 300 million shares they're retiring and the end of the increase in shares flowing into the DTC. Once that ends then I think there'll be a buying frenzy that will lift our SP nicely! People don't like buying many shares in a company that has dilution hitting the DTC! At this point I'm still holding my sizable position to see what great developments they're going to speak about today regarding the contracts and future business prospects! ~The bigger business the better!

If we see a 30-50 million vol day, we blow past our recent high of .169 and beyond imo... 

Short interest is less then 1 percent.what would happen if volume went to 30-50 million tomorrow because of what is said at the teleconference.Hopefully mostly buys.Always have your day traders in there.?
