Independent Passenger Rail Operators in the US
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Mar 27, 2014) - X Train Holdings
(OTCQB: XTRN), known as the X Train, a luxury train travel service
featuring its "Club X" service, announced today that the Company is
seeking existing privately owned passenger rail companies
interested in an exit strategy, an "ALL CASH BUYOUT" plan which
would pay cash for businesses that sell to X Train.
"This is a unique approach to this industry where sellers would
have the option to receive ALL CASH for the sale of their passenger
rail service to X Train," stated Michael Barron, Chairman and CEO
