Great Places Housing Group Limited today announce that Mike
Gerrard has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is
expected to join in the new year.
Mike is currently Chief Financial Officer at Onward Homes
Limited. Mike has extensive experience in the not for profit and
private sectors, and over the past 15 years has held a number of
senior finance roles in the housing sector including Group Director
of Resources at The Barnet Group, and Director of Resources at
Willow Park Housing Trust.
As previously announced, Phil Elvy, Great Places' current
Executive Director of Finance will retire in early 2024 after
ensuring a thorough transition of his responsibilities.
