China Development Bank Hong Kong Branch (the "Issuer") announces
today that it has published admission particulars dated 23 January
2019 (the "Admission Particulars") in connection with the issuance
of EUR500,000,000 0.375 per cent. Notes due 2022 (the "Notes")
under the US$30,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme of China
Development Bank (formerly known as China Development Bank
Corporation).
The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the
International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 25
January 2019.
