Resignation of Director

Swan Housing Association Limited as Shareholder of Swan Housing Capital plc (the Company") wish to announce that Jamie Smith has resigned from the Board of the Company effective from 31 March 2020.

John Synnuck, Chief Executive commented: " Jamie Smith our Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director is leaving the business at the end of May after more than ten years of excellent work. The Board would like to thank Jamie for his support and guidance throughout his time with the organisation."

Mr. Smith does not hold any shares in the Company as Swan Housing Capital plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swan Housing Association.
