John Synnuck retirement - Paul Phillips joining Board -RNS feed

After 28 years with Swan Housing Association, John Synnuck, CEO, has decided to retire and will be leaving Swan at the end of his notice on 31 March 2022.

He will also be standing down as a director of Swan Housing Capital plc and other relevant directorships with effect from 2 March 2022.

With effect from 2 March 2022 Paul Phillips has been appointed to the Board of Swan Housing Capital plc.
