Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the 'Company')

Director dealing - Correction

Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company has been notified
that on 21 September 2007 Farkland  Ventures Inc purchased 10,000,000 shares in
the Company. The shares were bought from CSI Asset Management Establishment  at
a price of 35.2 pence per share, not 32.5 pence per share as previously
announced. CSI Asset Management  Establishment is a Liechtenstein Anstalt, the
beneficiary of which is Florian Homm. Farkland Ventures Inc is a company 
belonging to Rialco Trust, the beneficiaries of which might be Andreas Rialas
and his family. When added to the 470,833  shares held in his own name, Andreas
Rialas now has an interest in 13,545,833 shares in the Company, representing
19.56  per cent. of the issued share capital.
