                 Appointment of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and
            PricewaterhouseCoopers to conduct an independent review

ACMH today announces that Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers 
have been engaged to conduct an independent review into the investment strategy 
of its equity funds focusing in particular on the illiquid investments first 
referred to in ACMH's announcement dated 19 September 2007. The review is 
currently expected to be complete by April 2008.
