Holdings in Company

Afferro Mining Inc. ("Afferro" or the "Company"), the exploration and development company focused on iron ore in Cameroon, was notified on 08 October 2013 by UBS AG that as at the close of business on 08 October 2013 it no longer had a disclosable interest in the Company, having previously notified the Company on 22 July 2013 that it held 5,476,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.21 of the Company's issued share capital.
