ARCO DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ON THREE CLASSES OF STOCK
 
    Los Angeles - ARCO's (NYSE: ARC) Board of Directors today
declared regular quarterly dividends on three classes of the
company's stock.
 
   A dividend of 71.25 cents a share was declared on Common Stock
payable December 15 to stockholders of record at the close of
business on November 16.
 
   A dividend of 75 cents a share was declared on US dollars 3.00
Cumulative Convertible Preference Stock payable December 18 to
stockholders of record at the close of business on November 16.
 
   A dividend of 70 cents a share was declared on dlrs 2.80
Cumulative Convertible Preference Stock payable December 18 to
stockholders of record at the close of business on November 16.
