notification on 27 November 2006 of the following interests in the issued share
capital of the Company:

Mr A Perham 7,000,000 ordinary shares representing 3.35%

Trustees of Mrs M Grove A and M Trust 7,000,000 ordinary shares representing
3.35%

Mrs SE James 7,933,333 ordinary shares representing 3.79%

The Company has 208,999,999 ordinary shares in issue.
