                             Suspension of Trading


As part of the proposals for a return of cash (to be effected by means of a
scheme of arrangement under Section 425 of the Companies Act 1985 ("the
Scheme")) and cancellation of Axiomlab's AIM trading facility, details of which
are set out in the announcement made on 16 July 2003, dealings in Axiomlab
shares will be suspended from 5.30 p.m. on Friday 22 August 2003 until 1
September 2003, the date of the Court Hearing. Conditional upon the Court
approving the Scheme and the Scheme become effective, the trading of Axiomlab
shares on AIM will be cancelled as soon as practicable.
