The Company has been notified that Tom Skelton and his wife Lorrella Skelton have jointly purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 69.33p per share.

Following this purchase, Tom Skelton has a beneficial interest in 27,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
