Resignation of Board Member
Nicosia, 22 January 2019
Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings"
and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mr
Michael Spanos has resigned with immediate effect as a member of
the Board of Directors of BOC Holdings and Bank of Cyprus Public
Company Limited (the "Bank"). The Boards of BOC Holdings and the
Bank at their respective meetings held on 21 January 2019 accepted
Mr Spanos's resignation.
The Boards would like to thank Mr Spanos for his contribution to
the Group.
The Boards resolved to appoint Dr Michael Heger as Chairman of
the Human Resources & Remuneration Committee (HRRC).
The current composition of the HRRC is as follows:
