Corrected- Director/PDMR Shareholding
In the Audioboom announcement released at 0700GMT on Monday 29th
November 2021, a typographical error was contained detailing the
number of shares purchased.
It stated: "Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the
Company, today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company." The
actual number of shares purchased was 2,015. As a result, a number
of figures in the announcement were incorrect and, as such, a
corrected statement follows:

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company,
announces that, on 26 November, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive
Chairman of the Company, purchased an aggregate of 2,015 ordinary
shares in the Company at an average price of 989.9 pence per
ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds
323,515 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately
2.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The FCA notification in respect of the above, made in accordance
with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, is
appended below.
