Innovation Agreement (including Distribution) with MSP Secretaries Limited

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace through digital technology, is pleased to announce that MSP Secretaries Limited ("MSP"), a leading provider of company secretarial services in the UK, has signed an Innovation Agreement with its wholly owned subsidiary BOS Distributions Pty Ltd ('BOS Distributions'). MSP will initially be adopting and deploying the Company's BOS Meet(TM) software solution to its clients.

Highlights:

-- 3-Year 'commercial in confidence' Innovation Agreement in place for BOS360 Work Patterns products and services

   --     Innovation and distribution pricing in line with previous Company publications 
   --     Initial focus is for MSP to be a Licensee and reseller of BOS Meet to MSP corporate clients 

-- Joint planning for potential BOS Automate and BOS Time product trials within MSP and its clients

-- Joint marketing initiatives to assist MSP retain and attract new clients in the industry segment of corporate and secretarial services including that of BOS product sales

-- Integral feedback, as an Innovation Partner, to enhance future product development and enhancements of BOS360 Work Patterns products to provide greater workforce analytics capability resulting in more efficient workplace practices

BOS Meet(TM) is a state of the art management solution that forms part of an integrated suite of tools designed to drive efficiency throughout an organisation. The product digitises Board activities, extending from meetings and document management, to record keeping and process management, inclusive of full data encryption and digital security.

Following a successful trial period, MSP is now incorporating the productivity orientated BOS Meet into their company secretarial services, providing a digitally enabled service that their current and future customers can benefit from under the terms of the Innovation Agreement with BOS Distributions.

MSP is one of the UK's largest chartered secretarial firms. They have an international client list and currently provide services to a large number of public listed companies. The relationship MSP has with its clients means that BOS GLOBAL is expected to gain exposure to a large customer group at the board room level, increasing the awareness of BOS solutions with senior decision makers.

With MSP as an Innovation Partner and distributor of BOS products, the Company has gained a solid bridgehead in the UK corporate services sector which significantly expands its partnership network and geographical reach.

BOS GLOBAL aims to generate re-occurring income through subscriptions of its BOS360 PaaS and supporting products, as well as through licensing of its patented Work Pattern technology. The Company's sales strategy is focused on building a global distribution partner network via Enterprise Software Vendors, Professional Services organisations and Consulting Practices.

The Company has a 40% equity interest in Call Design Pty Ltd, a profitable, Australian based, global provider of workforce management, focused particularly on call centre services, which has an established blue chip client base. This highly synergistic investment is expected to provide multiple cross-selling opportunities to both companies in line with BOS GLOBAL's strategy to deliver a comprehensive business optimisation offering globally. Call Design sets a new standard for Workforce Management, while BOS GLOBAL's software sets a new standard for Workforce Efficiency. Both products will be offered through BOS360 PaaS, setting a new standard for Workforce Analytics to give companies greater control in making informed, fact-based decisions on their operational activities. Workforce Analytics is a combination of software and methodology that applies statistical models to worker-related data, allowing enterprise leaders to optimise human and machine resources.

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited is an AIM listed company incorporated in Australia, operating from offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
