("Breedon Aggregates" or the "Company")
Result of EGM
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Breedon Aggregates held
on Thursday 21 July 2016 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10
Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL at 2.30pm, the following resolution was
passed, as a special resolution, on a show of hands:
"THAT the name of the Company be changed to Breedon Group plc
and that, with effect as at the time such change of name becomes
effective pursuant to the Law, all references in the memorandum and
articles of association of the Company to the existing name of the
Company be changed to such new name."
The number of votes which were lodged by proxy for and against
each of the resolutions put before the Meeting, and the number of
votes withheld, were as follows:

Notes:
1 "Votes for" include those giving the Chairman discretion, and

3 The total number of ordinary shares eligible to vote was 1,151,721,291.
It is currently anticipated that the change of name will become
effective on, or shortly after, 1 August 2016 following completion
of the Jersey regulatory requirements.
