Result of General Meeting and Share Dealing 
The board of directors of the Company announces that all resolutions proposed at 
a general meeting of the Company held earlier today, including a resolution to 
cancel admission of the Company's ordinary share capital from trading on AIM, 
were duly passed.  Of the total number of votes cast by Shareholders at the 
meeting, 97.63% were in favour of the resolutions. 
Cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary share capital from trading 
on AIM is expected to occur at 07.00 a.m. on 3 June 2009. 
As set out in the Circular to shareholders dated 1st May 2009, the Company has 
been in the process of establishing a matched bargain facility to enable 
shareholders to deal in its shares once the Company's Admission to AIM is 
cancelled. 
JP Jenkins Limited has been appointed by the Company to operate this matched 
bargain facility.JP Jenkins is a trading division of Rivington Street Corporate 
Finance. Rivington Street Corporate Finance is a subsidiary of Plus Quoted 
Rivington Street Holdings Plc and is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial 
Services Authority and is a member of the London Stock Exchange and Plus 
Markets. 
Under this facility, Shareholders or persons acquiring shares will, via their 
existing stockbroker, be able to leave an indication with the matched bargain 
settlement facility provider that they are prepared to buy or sell at an agreed 
price. In the event that the matched bargain settlement facility provider is 
able to match that order with an opposite sell or buy instruction, the matched 
bargain settlement facility provider will contact both parties and then effect 
the order. If you do not have an existing stockbroker, JP Jenkins can offer an 
execution only stockbroking service.
