The Company announces that the Directors of its wholly owned subsidiary, DK Gas
Components Ltd, have applied today for a liquidator to be appointed to DK Gas.

Buckland Group's manufacturing operations, which are now concentrated wholly in
Thailand, are not affected by the closure of DK Gas and the Group's activities
in the manufacture and distribution of gas ignition components to customers in
the UK and internationally will continue without interruption.

Trading at the Company's Thailand manufacturing base is in line with management
expectations.
