                                 Trading Update

The Board of Belgravium Technologies Plc, designers and manufacturers of mobile
computers, announces that some contracts expected by Belgravium Ltd in the last
quarter of 2005 have been deferred until next year.

Whilst the recently acquired Touchstar Ltd is performing as anticipated, this
will mean that Group sales and profits for the year will be lower than expected,
although well in excess of the prior year. The deferred contracts, supported by
closer examination of Touchstar Ltd's operations since the acquisition, mean
that the Board is still very confident that 2006 performance will be at least in
line with expectation.
