                               TRADING STATEMENT


The Board of Belgravium Technologies plc ("Belgravium" or "the Company"),
designers and manufacturers of real-time data capture systems, are pleased to
announce that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were
duly passed.


Following the formal proceedings, Chairman, John Kembery commented:


"The UK market continued to be cautious during Q1 2004 and, at this stage, we
believe that the first half will show some turnover growth compared to the same
period last year.


However, export orders are now beginning to flow and we are working on a number
of exciting projects which, we are confident, will bring better results in the
longer term."
