DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company received notification on 10 March 2017 that Tony
Hales, a non-executive Director of the Company, had acquired
100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on the London
Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at 59.8 pence per share.
Tony Hales' beneficial holding following the transaction is 600,000
shares.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of
the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
