Update on Board Committees
Carr's, the Agriculture and Engineering Group, announces certain
changes to its Audit and Remuneration Committees.
Following a review of the membership of each Board Committee,
Chris Holmes has ceased to be a member of the Audit and
Remuneration Committees. The Audit and Remuneration Committees are
now comprised of John Worby, Ian Wood and Alistair Wannop. John
Worby will continue to chair the Audit Committee and Ian Wood will
chair the Remuneration Committee. The Nominations Committee remains
unaffected by these changes and will continue to be chaired by
Chris Holmes with John Worby, Alistair Wannop and Ian Wood as
members.
Following these changes, each of the Audit and Remuneration
Committees will comprise solely of non-executive directors
considered by the Board to be independent.
