The Company announces that the 2018 Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 August 2018, incorporating the
Notice convening the Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting, has
been published.
A copy of the Annual Report, together with the Notice of
Meeting, can be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's
website at www.thecharacter.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Duane
Morris, Citypoint, 16(th) Floor, One Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y
9AW on Friday, 18 January 2019 at 11.00am.
