                             Directors Shareholding

The Company has been informed that two Directors took part in the Company's
placing announced on 1 December 2006. Ranjit Murugason purchased 333,333 new
Ordinary Shares at 15p per share and is now beneficially interested in 1,294,833
shares representing 1.68% of the issued share capital of the Company. Ranjit is
also now interested in 166,666 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares at
25p per share.

James Podaridis purchased 2,666,666 new Ordinary Shares at 15p per share through
J P Capital Investments PTY Limited and is now beneficially interested in
31,794,166 shares representing 41.34% of the issued share capital of the
Company. James is also now interested in 1,333,333 warrants to subscribe for new
ordinary shares exercisable at 25p per share.
