Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has today received the
following notifications advising that, as a result of an
inter-group transfer by way of a merger by absorption, the 5.1%
shareholding in Caledonia held by Rebelco SA is now owned by its
parent company, Sofina SA.
